I’m Maxi-Martina Zimmer, an experienced pluralistic psychotherapeutic counsellor. I offer a compassionate, respectful, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.

Alongside my private practice, I am registered with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society, and listed on Psychology Today. I am also a clinical associate of the Samuel Therapy Practice.

Together, we can work towards clarity, resilience, self worth, and lasting personal growth.

WildFit Coaching

A complementary approach to physical wellbeing

Alongside psychotherapeutic counselling, I also offer WildFit coaching for those who wish to improve their relationship with food and support their physical wellbeing.

WildFit is a structured coaching programme focused on nutrition, habits, and sustainable lifestyle change. It is practical and educational in nature and is offered separately from therapy.

For some clients, WildFit coaching complements therapeutic work by encouraging greater body awareness, stronger energy levels, and overall wellbeing.
