WildFit Coaching

A different way to approach health and wellbeing

Alongside my work as a psychotherapeutic counsellor, I am also a certified WildFit coach. My passion for this work comes from seeing how deeply physical wellbeing, energy levels, and lifestyle habits affect emotional health and quality of life.

A lifestyle shift, not a diet

A holistic approach to health, habits, and wellbeing

WildFit offers a thoughtful, non‑diet approach to lasting health and lifestyle change, moving away from the dieting mentality and quick fixes.

It is designed to help you better understand your body, your relationship with food, and the everyday choices that shape how you feel — not only physically, but also emotionally.

This is not about restriction, rigid rules, or sheer willpower. It is about cultivating awareness, building understanding, and creating sustainable change that supports both your physical health and emotional wellbeing.

Understanding the WildFit Approach

What is WildFit?

WildFit is a coaching programme rooted in behavioural psychology and nutritional science, designed to support lasting habit change and sustainable lifestyle shifts. Rather than prescribing rigid diets or telling you exactly what to eat, WildFit helps you understand why certain foods and behaviours affect your body the way they do.

The focus is on awareness, choice, and long‑term wellbeing, not on rules or restrictive plans.

WildFit coaching is not therapy. It is a structured coaching programme that empowers you to transform your relationship with food, improve physical health, and create meaningful lifestyle change.

Why I Offer WildFit

How I Work as a WildFit Coach

WildFit aligns closely with my values. It supports change through education, curiosity, and compassion rather than pressure or control.

As a certified WildFit coach, I guide you through the programme in a supportive, structured, and compassionate way. Coaching sessions focus on education, reflection, and practical changes you can apply to daily life.

My role is to foster awareness, accountability, and consistency while respecting your individual needs, pace, and circumstances.

Alongside my work as a coach, I also have a background in psychotherapy and counselling. While WildFit coaching is offered independently from therapy, this therapeutic perspective can enrich the coaching process by deepening understanding of behaviour, motivation, and emotional wellbeing. Some clients choose to combine both approaches where appropriate, benefiting from the complementary support of coaching and therapy.

Who WildFit is for

WildFit may be right for you if you:

• Feel confused or frustrated by dieting and conflicting nutrition advice
• Want to improve your relationship with food without restriction
• Experience low energy, cravings, or inconsistent eating habits
• Are navigating midlife changes and want to support your body more intentionally
• Want practical guidance and structure around health and habits
• Prefer an educational, non-judgemental approach

WildFit is especially supportive for women over 40 and 50 who are noticing changes in their body and want a more sustainable way forward.

Therapy and WildFit

Understanding the Difference

Psychotherapy focuses on emotional processing, mental health, and psychological wellbeing.

WildFit coaching focuses on nutrition education, habits, and physical wellbeing.

While they are different services, they can complement one another for some clients by supporting both emotional and physical aspects of wellbeing.

If you are unsure which approach is right for you, we can explore this together.
